  Horrible! Menu didn't mention cheese on the sandwich we purchased. Brought it to the counter for replacement and got the "eye roll" attitude. Then, tall clerk went in the back - lots of hand gestures and a return to the front to look at the board. Sure enough - no mention of cheese. Returns to the back again. More hand gestures - I hear the word "cheese" several times. Loud laughter. I return to the counter to ask if there is a problem and to speak to a manager. Shorter clerk informs me she is the manager. WHAT?! Then proceeds to defend the actions of the taller clerk.
  To make things worse, more eye rolling. Now the taller clerk shouts (yes! Shouts!) at me saying it's her "private conversation".
  I ask for and receive a refund! Meanwhile a heavy set black woman sitting at a table (she works at the attached C-Store) laughs loudly at the entire thing and proceeds to eye roll also.
  RUDE!
